This power supply appears to be pretty different to the original power supply, which was more enclosed and a slightly different shape. I took it in to the local Apple store for repair and the image is what came back. IFixit also sells the 16GB RAM modules individually for $159.99 each. So the power supply failed on my 2018 i7 Mac Mini. Only the RAM is user upgradable/serviceable in this.
